HELLO 2007! I think I'll love you!

Okay, must must must make this quick, fairuz-style kinda blogging. You know. The one paragraph thing. HAHA. I CMI one. Confirm.

SOOOOOO last night was insane. Insane, meaning spontaniety was the key to incredible moments you wont forget! And everything was pretty much unexpected? LOL.

Like how the three of us planned on having dinner and watching fireworks a la Fireworks Festival, that night? Only the fireworks part happened. Fairuz was super late, she had to get past the CRAZY THRONGS OF PEOPLE solo. At least Diana and I had each other!

Sat in front of this Malay couple (we assumed they've done it, hurhur) and a bunch of Banglas! AHH. But that was mostly Diana who got them leering cos she was dead smack in front of them.

THEN IT STARTED TO RAIN. Like wth, I tell you. Duck is jinxed. She mentioned rain and a few seconds later I felt the first drop! Okay, so we sat there with the rain pouring and people running all over the place for shelter and what not. Cos I dont know. Fairuz was complaining away lah please. She's rain lousy.

So then we finally decided to head on to One Fullerton's Starbucks so Fairuz will stop whining. The queue was fucking long. It took YEARS before we even managed to get inside Starbucks itself! Wow, and when Diana is cranky it's annoooooooying! Hahah.

So we got our drinks which was "#42" and shared a table with two Korean women, with two chairs among us three. I thought they were so cute!

Then the fireworks came on, and we ran out to see it, like all the other Kiasu shits and then realised our seats were probably long gone, so we just walked to.... no where? SHEESH. We ended up sitting on the curbside of the highway they so nicely blocked off.

Fairuz did a stupid thing. She shouted "Happy New Year!!!" to God knows who; no one in particular I think and then this whole LORRY of Mats happened to be there and. UGH. MATS. Pests I tell you.

And all of a sudden it's 11.52!! We have eight minutes till the new year! So you know what spectacular thing we did?! We were rushing forward, half running cos heels arent funny to get the best view from the highway. Quite retarded, no?

But then the fireworks came on, it was so so pretty! It's nicer than the other times. Stardust effects are gorgeous! Called the three friends I love with all my heart and one didnt even pick up my call!!!!!!!! #^%@*&#^*(!&#_

After the display, we decided to "walk aimlessly about". We ended up jumping from the CBD area to this Quay and then to the other Quay. Met up with Diana's sister and friends cos it was her birthday and yup.

And then I got shit scared, cos I'm a pussy like that and we managed to do it!!! EFFFFFF OOOOOOO SEEEEE baybeh! HAHA. I thought it was quite funny, the whole thing. Although I was very chicken and everything. Ahahaha. Chop transfer was retarded.

Came in and there were already hot guys greeting us at the entrance!!! Like whoa. And just too bad if I'm prejudiced towards the Caucasion guys lah! Haha. Diana and I realised that we're terrible like that, lol. Taking double takes for them, and probably none, anybody else. Except those that really stand out and whatever lah.

Oh there was this couple beside us that were man. Going all out, pretty much? And I really am thankful I was wearing one of my older heels and not really my treasured ones cos it ended up having a bit of puke on it and I think I wore off the heel quite a bit from all the walking. Fake suede.. No trouble getting it off right?

Oh yeah. We met up with Janine and Friend for like 15 minutes.

After that, we walked aimlessly about. Crossing roads barefooted, cos it hurt so bad! Ended up in some mall, where we sat for all of 3 minutes before the guard told us (nicely) to go away to some place else. Then we walked some more and then met up with a lot of other random people that were (as was the theme of the night) unexpected!

So the whole lot of us. 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 of us sat on that curb/place drinking/muching on 7-11 stuff. Beatrice! Regina, Bryan guy, Diana, Fairuz... Then Fairuz left and then it became five. Then met up with other people (Duck's sister and friends). And then it became... nine. And nine of us headed for prata and such at this coffeeshop that's open 24 hours. And Diana just talked way too much when she's a bit high and cuckoo. And it just wouldnt stop!

Then cabbed to Siglap with Bryan, Regina and Beatrice and I woke Najib up to push our breakfast date much much earlier. So at about 6.45, Najib and I headed for Siglap Centre and waited for Macs to open. And what seh. I got declined!!!!!!!!! WTF. New year's and this is what I get! Plus 5 bucks Jibbbbbbbbb.

Then I cabbed home cos I was far too tired already. Hit the bed. But not before I've showered and got off all the make up and it's times like this I hate mascara cos it's the toughest to remove! Especially when my Clarins eye make up remover is at Nuzie's!!!!!!!!

My mother was being so sweet. Gosh I really love her. Like when she called me at about 2+, 3, I told her that it ended up being some kinda of big "reunion" thing, she was okay about it. And then when I called her again at about 6+, 7 to tell her about the breakfast thing, she was okay with it too! Dont you love my mother?!?!?!

So I just woke up, and had a blast with the ushering of the New Year and everything. And now I'm off to have dinner with The Constants, aka Mud, Jib, Mar.

I hope you had a blast too! So, I dont want an entry solely about how this year's been blablabla cos I'm not a boring person. :D But hey, 2006 was hell, pretty much, so HELLO 2007!!! I hope the start of this year being so cuckoo will be the trend for the entire year!
